| 摘 要： | 一般认为,城市治理模式主要有管理模式、社团模式、支持增长模式和福利模式四种。我国目前的城市治理模式以福利模式和支持增长模式为主,发展趋势是逐步运行和完善管理模式和社团模式。这就要求我国城市政府增强对管理模式和社团模式的适应性,尽快实现在管理主体、管理行为和管理体系等方面的转型。

| Abstract: | The models of urban governance can be classfied to four general models: managerial, corporatist, progrowth and welfare governance. The main models of urban governance in present China are welfare and progrowth and we should actively develop the models of managerial and corporatist and then gradually put them into practice. Chinese urban governance must transform its management subject, behavior and system for managerial and corporatist. |
