国外企业家精神教育及其对我们的启示

摘    要:深入分析了企业家精神教育兴起的背景、目标、课程设置、教学主体与教学方法,认为以创业系列课程为载体的企业家精神教育体系实质是对传统工商管理教育理念的创新:由单纯培养职能型管理人才向培养具有创新性、创造性与理性承担风险能力等企业家特征的新型人力资本转变。这为传统工商管理教育改革提供了方向和参考。

Abstract:In recent years,the emergence of entrepreneurship education attracts the attention of scholars and teachers. This article analyzes the background,target,course setting and teaching method of entrepreneurship education. It also concludes, based on entrepreneurial series courses, that entrepreneurship education will bring something innovative to our traditional administrative education and,to some extent, it will compel the administrative education to change from training functional professional managers to cultivating human resources with entrepreneurial characteristics such as innovativeness,creativeness,and rational risk-taking.In brief,we suggest that entrepreneurship education give the direction for the reformation of traditional administrative education.
