以人文精神为核心的社区建设：江东经验

宁波市江东区以“关爱人、服务人、教育人、凝聚人”为核心的建设“人文社区”的设想,是实践“以人为本”、“科学发展观”和“构建社会主义和谐社会”等新思想、新理念的最好诠释和最有说服力的例证。总结江东经验并且深入地挖掘其理论意义是理论工作者义不容辞的责任,本文从“社区”概念中天然地包含着人文精神、社区服务是落实人文精神的必要手段、社区民主是实现人文精神的关键和社区融合是人文精神的最终体现等方面总结了江东区建设“人文社区”的经验,并以社会学和社会政策理论为指导,对其进行了深层次的开掘。

Community Construction Centering on Humanistic Spirits: the Experience of Jiangdong

The Jiangdong district, located in Ningbo city in China, attempts to construct humanistic community centering on showing care for man, serving man, instructing man and uniting man, which is the best embodiment of the people-centered approach, the viewpoint of sustainable development and the concept of constructing harmonious socialist society. It is the un-shirk-able duty for the theorists to sum up the experience of Jiangdong and deeply seek for the theoretical significance. Guided by the theories on sociology and social policies, this paper comprehensively summarizes and deeply analyzes humanistic spirits and the experience of Jiangdong by maintaining the following ideas. Firstly, the concept of community naturally consists of humanistic spirits. Secondly, the service of community is the necessary means of carrying out humanistic spirits. Thirdly, the democracy of community is the decisive factor in realizing humanistic spirits. Lastly, the harmony of community is the ultimate embodiment of humanistic spirits.
