| Abstract: | The year 2006 was a year when the most macrocontrol policies for real estate were issued in China with the largest control strength.In this paper,an in-depth research is made on the policy environment,market situation,price orientation and consumption psychology of the regulated and controlled real estate industry in China and a relevant analysis is also made for the orientation of real estate in 2007 for the reference of practitioners of real estate management and market. |
