美国、日本、韩国应对人口老龄化的经验及其启示

世界人口规模不断扩大，年龄结构类型也趋于老年型。但是发达国家与发展中国家有明显差异。发达国家人口老龄化程度高于发展中国家。本文以美国、日本、韩国三国为例，在考察人口规模争人口老龄化状况的基础上，总结了这些国家应对人口老龄化的主要经验，即政府重视人口老龄化问题；制定相应法律法规、方针政策；积极引导社会共同参与；不断完善老年社会保障制度。结合国情提出了对我国应对人口老龄化问题有益的启示。

The Experience and Inspiration in Ddealing with the Problem of Aging Population from America Japan and South Korea

The population of the world is constantly increasing, skewing more and more toward old citizens. On this point, there are big differences between developed countries and developing countries. The extent of aging population is larger in the former than in the latter, and this article takes the four countries as examples America Japan South and Korea. Based on the observation and study about their scale of population and situation of aging population, that is the government paid many attentions to it, made related law, regulation and policy, led the whole nation to participate and constantly made the aging society security system perfect to the age. To link with China＇s basic conditions, some good advice can be found to sole the aging population problem.
