| 摘 要： | 和其他国家相比,我国企业在股权持有者结构、股权集散结构、股权种类结构、股权流通性结构等方面都存在明显缺陷,集中表现为股权结构过于复杂,过度集中在不具人格化的国家手中,流通性太差,因此应立足国情,借鉴国外成熟模式加以改进。

| Abstract: | In comparison with other countries, in such respects as the share holder structure, share right collecting and distributing structure, share type structure, share right circulating structure of the enterprises of our country, there exist clear defects, they centrally display as the share right structure is over complicated, over concentrates in the state. So they should be regulated . improved in accordance with the state situation of our country and foreign successful models. |
