| Abstract: | To carry out the appointment system for teachers i s a tremendous reform in the employment system of colleges and universities. Thi s reform is beneficial to the improvement of quality of teachers as a whole and to the educational quality of the school. This paper has made an exploration int o the necessity of carrying out the reform, how to carry out the reform and prob lems involved, with practical measures offered. |
