Comment on Reform of Alabama State Constitution

Now in states of America,Alabama is the most active one which is eager to reform its own state constitution.Historically,Alabama enacted six state constitutions.With the passage of time and transformation of society,current 1901 Constitution leading to many problems is already unfit for further development of time and society.The focus of controversy between reformers and conservatives is whether to reform wholly or partly.The reform of Alabama constitution is a model and reflection in constitution reform of every state in America,which indicates that reform of every constitution,is unlikely to succeed rapidly.It needs to coordinate interest of every side and then is a result of every side's game and bargain.
