研究生学术道德与学术规范现状探究

在研究生培养过程中,学术道德与学术规范问题特别值得关注。在对1176名高校研究生进行问卷调查后发现,利益驱动是造成学术失范现象的最主要因素。学生抵制学术失范现象的自觉意识亟待加强。高校需要从完善学术评价和责任制度、提高研究生科研创新能力、加强对导师的培训,控制招生规模等多方着手,加强学风建设,营造良好的学术氛围,减少直至杜绝学术失范现象的发生。

The status quo of academic ethics and norms in graduate students

Academic ethics and norms is a problem worthy of attention in graduate education. The analysis of the questionnaires filled out by 1,176 graduate students shows that interests are the driving force behind the erosion in academic ethics. On the part of the graduate students, their awareness in this regard is to be raised; as for colleges and universities, more efforts are needed on how to improve the evaluation and responsibility system, encourage creativity in students, raise supervisors’ awareness and reduce the enrollment to a reasonable number. In doing so, it is expected that the erosion in academic ethics can be reduced or hopefully stopped.
