我国零售业物流环节信息管理水平落后,是造成商业经营成本过高的最重要的原因之一,因此零售企业尽快建立物流管理信息系统势在必行。针对我国占绝大多数的中小型零售企业的承受能力、使用能力等具体情况,研发信息产品要按照"以较低成本满足基本功能"的原则进行产品的设计和开发,做到实用、够用、好用,才能有良好的发展前景。

Some thoughts on promoting the managerial level in logistics of retail enterprises

Based on the investigation, the author analyzed that the lack of the information management system application in logistics is the reason that leads to the high cost level of domestic retail enterprises. So it is inevitable that the retail enterprises build their logistics information management system. Aiming at the current facilities and capabilities of the major domestic retail enterprise, the author suggests that the designation and development of the logistics information management system should base on the principle "Matching the fundamental function with the low budget" to fulfill the customers' requirements, then the enterprises will achieve success.
