农村工业污染成因及对策分析

目前,农村工业污染严重,农村工业发展对农村环境和农业资源危害加重,农村可持续、健康、稳定的发展受到威胁。农村工业污染的防治需要政府、社会中间层组织、企业及社会公众这四者有机结合。探讨协调政府、社会中间层组织、企业与社会公众多维关系的同时寻求防治农村工业污染防治解决路径。结合农村实际情况,提出治理农村工业污染对策,以期为新农村建设和环境友好型社会的构建提供帮助。

On Causes and Countermeasures of Industrial Pollution in Rural Areas

Currently,increasing industrial pollution in rural areas resulted from the growth of industry presents a grave threat to rural environment,agricultural resources,and the sustainable,healthy and stable development of the rural areas. As an environment vulnerable group,the farmers are almost ignored in terms of their environmental rights. Prevention and control of industrial pollution in rural areas demands the joint efforts of the government,the middle layer of social organizations,enterprises and the public. This paper studied ways to coordinate the multi-dimensional relationship between the four,and then explored for ways to the prevent and control industrial pollution. Finally,considering the actual situation in rural areas,it put forward countermeasures to fight against the pollution,in order to promote the construction of new countryside and an environmental friendly society.
