| 摘 要： | 现代生物技术高速发展,已成为全球经济与产业的生力军,并且在农业、环境、日常生活的各个方面深刻地影响我们。发展生物技术的重要性已成为世界各国政府的共识。但是事物的发展并非总是沿着人们预定好的路线发展的,生物技术有积极和消极双重影响。健康地发展和运用生物技术需要道德自律和法律规范(他律)的双重保障。

| Abstract: | The development of modem Biological Technology is booming. It has become essential part of global economy and industry and has substantial impact on agriculture and every aspects of our daily life. The govemments all over the world have recognized the importance of Biological Technology. However, every new object will not necessarily develop in the way we proposed initially; so as the Biological Technology as it has positive as well as negative consequence. Hence, both moral and legal discipline will be required to ensure the healthy development and usage of Biological Technology. |
