| Abstract: | Cultural propagation is one of the main functions of newspapers.Party newspapers being the head of the press,how to strengthen this function should be further considered.On one side,we should adhere to the advantage of its cultural content.On the other side,we should pay attention to the tacts and skills of cultural propagation,enhance its actuality,adaptability,intermedium and literateness. |
