摘    要:切实转换高校的用人机制和分配机制,这是社会主义市场经济发展的客观要求,是深化高校改革、促进高校发展的必由之路.转换"两个机制”的关键在于人的思想观念的转变,同时要始终坚持实事求是的原则,要在学校党委的领导下,党政工团齐抓共管.

Abstract:To change the personnel and income distribution mechanisms is the objective requirement of the socialist market economy and the inevitable course in deepening and enhancing the reform and development of colleges and universities. The key to the question of the changing of these two mechanisms is that we should change our old conception, adhere to the practical and realistic style of work, and that all the departments concemed should make concerted efforts under the leadership of the Party committee.
