Internatioal agricultural competition is virtually the competition between the subjects of agricultural m anagement.Competitive power comes from not onl y comparative superiority in resour ces but aolso rational,effective use and dis-tribution of various resoures made b y the subjects of agricultural management.China' s entry into the WTO re-quires that rural land resources be o ptimally disposed and rural land rig ht of use be reasonably circulated on the ba-sis of upholding and improving family system of contracted responsibili ty linking remuneration to output.
