| Abstract: | This paper emphasizes the importance of taking a correct attitude towards health and establishing the new thinking of "health first" in physical education. It is advisable to hold the interaction between physical education and psychological health education, catch the opportunity, bring in constant renewal in the educational ideas in physical education, change teaching methods, permeate the psychological health education actively, and ultimately promote students' psychological development in a healthy way. |
