| 摘 要： | 通过对部分地区国有企业破产实施情况的调查分析,指出地方国有企业破产财产处理中存在的一系列问题。分析了地方国有企业破产对其最大债权人银行带来的影响,并从债权人的角度提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | Through investigating and analysing conditions of implementing bankruptcy to part of the local national
enterprises, this paper points out series of problems in dealing with property. It analyses the influence of local national enterprises' bankruptcy upon banks and the maximum creditors, and puts forward correspondent countermeasures from the creditor's points of view. |
