| Abstract: | As an important measure of the China West Development,transmitting electricity power from the West to the East is rather necessary for the Mid west region to turn resource advantage into economic advantage,and it's also rather important to the national economy as a whole.To accomplish the strategy task successfully,it's necessary to reform the electricity system actively and seriously,to develop Hydra-power firstly,and to make all plans and take all factors to construct water extraction and energy storage power stations. |
