| 摘 要： | 对于区际法律冲突的解决,无论是内地还是香港,都存在观念上的误区,即所谓的"内地中心主义"和"香港优越主义"。本文分析了"一国两制"下中国区际法律冲突的产生以及错误的观念,认为鉴于中国区际法律冲突的特质,应该树立法域平等观念和循序渐进观念。

| Abstract: | There exists ideological misconception about the solution to the inter -regional litigation conflicts,whether on the part of Mainland or Hong Kong, namely the so - called ＂ Mainland centrism＂ and ＂Hong Kong Supremacy＂. This paper attempts to analyze the emerging of inter - regional litigation conflicts under the ＂One Country,Two Systems＂ policy and the related wrong ideas. The author considers that the characteristic inter - regional litigation conflicts call for the formulation of the idea of jurisdictional equality and the idea of proceeding orderly and step by step. |
