| Abstract: | Proof-Collecting Responsibilities includes behavior responsibilities and consequence responsibilities. The allocation of proof-collecting responsibility refers to the determination of who should burden the duty to collect proofs and the affirmance of what facts and important law events exist. The allocation rules of proof-collecting responsibilities are as follows: general rules, special rules and supplementary rules. |
