| 摘 要： | 数据包络分析方法(DataEnvelopmentAnalysis,简称DEA)在工业企业绩效评价中已得到广泛应用。有关政府绩效的公共管理理论认为政府和企业具有极强的相似性。利用DEA方法的优点可以尝试评估政府绩效和政府规模,但该方法在政府绩效评价中也存在缺陷和不足。
