| 摘 要： | 培养大学生的人际交往能力对和谐社会建设、构建和谐校园具有十分重要的意义。文章认为，在对大学生人际交往能力的培养中要注意“五种意识”教育，即与老师交往的敬重意识；与同学交往的宽容意识；与父母交往的感恩意识；与社会交往的择善与责任意识。

| Abstract: | Training students' interpersonal skills is of great significance for building a harmonious society as well a harmonious campus.It is suggested in the article that attention should be paid to the education of "five kinds of awareness" in cultivating college students' interpersonal skills.It involves awareness of respect in communicating with teachers,tolerance with fellow students,gratefulness with parents and also the best choice and responsibility with the society. |
