| 摘 要： | 韩国对中国的投资将持续保持高潮,尤其是在制造业方面的投资。同时,韩国投资的区域将会向长江三角洲拓展,决定投资区域拓展的决定因素在不断变化;在韩国对中国的投资中,低工资不再是重要的决定因素;韩国对中国的投资更加侧重对中国内需市场的占领,今后韩国企业将会把是否具有内需市场开拓能力的因素作为更重要的因素加以考虑;中国加入WTO后,服务市场会陆续地开放,韩国企业为了扩大内需市场而伴随的对流通业、服务业的投资必将增加。

| Abstract: | The investment of the Republic of Korea in China will keep upsurging continuously,especially in the manufacturing industry and in the region of the Yangtze Delta.At present,the decisive factor affacting the investment of the Republic of Korea in China is not the cheap labour reward but China's market demand.Because of China's WTO entry,the enterprises of the Republic Korea will inevitably increase the investment in distribution,tourism and services of tertiary industry in China. |
