| Abstract: | All kinds of people's ability,knowledge and hard working value can be fully respected and brought into full play by the way of amalgamatingly running a university for high education.In this way,all kinds of limited educational resources can be rationally districted and fully exploited,so as to meet the needs of the competition in the international powers,and fasten the speed of linking up high education development at home and abroad. |
