| 摘 要： | 采用摄动法准确地确定了联轴器对中误差测量与调整问题中两机器的相对位置,建立了使联轴器完全对中的调整量计算方法.同时,引入了旋量概念对联轴器的对中误差及调整量进行了全面分析,该思路及方法可用于解决任何有空间相对位置要求的两直线位置关系的测量及调整问题.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses how to exactly determine the relative location between the two machines by the method of mini-motion, and proposes the whole method for computing the adjusting quantity when the coupling has been aligned. At same time,a concept of screw quantum is used to analyze entirely the error about the coupling axeses alignment and the adjusting quantity.The thought and method of screw quantum are extended to measure and adjust the relative location between any two space lines. |
