在全球共同价值观和传统文化的共同影响下,社会转型时期的价值观念将努力克服“诚信不足”、“利益原则泛化”、“效率与公平失衡”等问题,从纯道德的角度提高经济活动主体的道德素质,完善经济道德的制度建设、经济管理制度建设和社会管理建设并使三者紧密结合,确立与新的经济形态相适应的价值观,使中国社会转型的动力能在WTO带来的机遇与挑战中获得进一步的释放。

WTO's Values and China's Strategies in the Transformational Period

Under the influence of common values shared by the world, China in the transformational period must overcomes the crises of dishonesty, overemphasis of interests and unbalance of efficiency and justice. The success of China's meeting the challenges after its entry into the WTO lies in the improvement of the morality of the economic bodies, of the commercial morality, of the economic administration system and of the social administrative system.
