The society transformation and the growth of the modern law order in the contemporary China

A series of realistic problems have appeared in the contemporary society in China when the social reforms are carried out.The existence of partition between city and country,the extreme gap between the rich and the poor,and the crisis of stratum identity,all challenge greatly to the growth of the modern law order.Removing the fence between city and country,providing more fluxional opportunities and systematic space;restraining the abuse of social power,strengthening the rising fluxion of civilian;strengthening the sense of stratum identity through the structure reformation and the system changes,all these are the effective means to deal with the conflicts in the society transformation.
