| 摘 要： | 2005年9月发生的中日"春晓油田"事件中,日本媒体歪曲报道和日本政府不负责任的言行单方面升级了中日东海资源争议.文章从中日"春晓油田"事件人手,分析此次事件的真相和实质,并以此为基础对中日两国关于东海大陆架划界问题进行国际法分析,以澄清事实.

| Abstract: | In the Chunxiao Oilfield Incident that took place in September of 2005,the Japanese side intensified the dispute on oil and gas resources in East China Sea by making irresponsible remarks and providing distorted information.This paper probes into the incident and tries to find out the truth.It also uses some related international laws to provide legal basis for the solution to the disputes on the delimitation of the continental shelf of East China Sea. |
