| Abstract: | This paper discusses the influence of the 20th People's Congress of Soviet Communist Party and the Poland-Hungary Incident in the 1950's on the governing power construction of the Communist Party of China.On the one hand,the congress and the incident strengthened and improved the governing power of the Communist Party of China.On the other hand,it brought about some negative effects and as a result caused the Communist Party of China to make some mistakes on the way of probing the socialist construction. |
