| 摘 要： | 中国社会 2 1世纪将由传统社会向现代社会转变 ,伦理学也必将由传统伦理学向现代伦理学转换。本文对传统伦理学的形成和发展从三个时间段进行了回顾 ,分析了存在的四方面问题 ,对现代伦理学的体系完善、应注重研究的问题作了展望。
