摘    要:中国的领导学自产生之日起 ,就呈现出高度的综合性、强烈的应用性、显著的动态性特点 ,和许多学科相比 ,中国的领导学新兴而缺乏独立体系 ,重实务技巧而轻理论研究 ,具体表现为将领导行为和领导主体混为一谈 ,将领导科学和领导艺术混为一谈 ,多企业领导研究 ,忽视行政领导研究 ,同时 ,我们的领导学研究方法比较单一落后。我们必须有勇气面对领导学的缺失 ,走向变革 ,从而构建出符合时代要求、具有现代意识、体现科学精神的崭新学科体系。

Abstract:The discipline of leadership in China, since its first debut, has been highly comprehensive, intensely applicable and noticeably dynamic. It is burgeoning and yet lacking in independent system, attaching more importance to practices than to theoretical study. The characteristic of it is that it confuses the behavior and the body of leadership and that it mingles the science and the art of leadership. More attention is paid to the study of leadership of enterprises than to that of administrative leadership. Meanwhile, the approaches of the study of the discipline of leadership are few and behind the times. Therefore, we must be courageous enough to face the inadequacy of the discipline of the leadership and exercise reforms, thus constructing a new discipline, conforming to the demands of the times, possessing contemporary ideas and reflecting scientific spirits.
