| 摘 要： | 随着石油工业的发展,对埋地管道防腐层的腐蚀程度的判定(失效判定)是修复工程管理的重要组成部分.石油沥青涂层失效的评价指标体系在判定埋地管道防腐层的腐蚀程度中最具代表性.石油沥青涂层失效的评价指标体系主要体现属性综合评价法理论在修复工程管理中的应用,使管理更具有科学性和系统性.

| Abstract: | With the building of petroleum industry, the evaluation of corrosive degree on anticorrosive layer of buried pipelines(judgment of invalidation) is the important part of repairing project management. The evaluating index system of invalidation of oil bitumen coat is typical in evaluating the corrosive degree of pipe' s anticorrosive layer, embodies the application of theory of integral attribute evaluation in repairing project management and makes the management more scientific and systematic. |
