| 摘 要： | 借鉴国外发达国家高等教育办学经费筹措的方法,明确了目前坚持以政府财政支持为主,多渠道筹措教育经费的方向。分析了加入WTO后中国高等教育在教育服务框架下所面临的国内外挑战,针对中国高等教育市场面临开放的形势,提出解决应对国外高等教育进入中国市场的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the funding experience of the higher education sector in the developed countries,this paper attempts to picture a funding scheme for Chinese universities.It proposes that government financial support is a major source,while seeking funding from multiple channels is also necessary.It further illustrates the challenges facing China after the country's entry into the WTO,and offers some suggestions on how to enhance Chinese university's competitiveness in a more and more open market of higher education in China. |
