| 摘 要： | 清末奉天审判制度改革,建立了地方各级审判厅、检察厅。到清政府垮台前,省城商埠各级审判厅、检察厅大多先后成立。除少数初级审判厅外,地方各级审判厅都开办运作,其运作实践,有力地推动了地方司法制度的近代改革。

| Abstract: | Local judical and procuratorial departments of different levels were established as the result of judical system reforms in Fengtian Period of the late Qing Dynasty.By the collapse of the Qing government,judical and procuratorial departments of all levels of commerical ports in provinces had been established.All local judical departments except small numbers of primary ones were kept functioning which greatly promoted modern reforms of local judical system. |
