| 摘 要： | 关于外商直接投资与经济增长之间关系的研究,近年来国内外学者的研究着重强调东道国的经济技术条件对它们的影响,即从东道国吸收能力角度进行研究。越来越多的研究表明东道国的人力资本是吸收能力中最重要的影响因素。只有用人力资本作为指代吸收能力的变量,才能定量分析外商直接投资对我国经济增长的影响。实证检验结果表明,在影响外商直接投资的众多因素中,东道国人力资本起着非常重要的作用。

| Abstract: | About the research between FDI and the economic growth,recently some scholars lay stresses on the absorptive capacities that the effects produced by the economy and technology of the host country.In this paper,we examine the links among foreign direct investment(FDI),human capital,and technology progress.We find that the effect of FDI depends on the extent of the development of the human capital of the host country. |
