| 摘 要： | 新世纪、新形势给高校辅导员的工作带来了新问题、新变化，以往对高校辅导员素质与能力的要求已不能满足现实的需要。本文从高校辅导员的定位、高校辅导员的素质与能力的内涵两方面入手，对高校辅导员素质与能力的概念进行了厘清，并从马克思主义人的发展学说、高校辅导员的工作对象和工作角色三个方面深入分析了高校辅导员素质与能力的构建要素。
