Analysis of Shanghai Taiwanese's Social Engagement

The engagement degree of Shanghai Taiwanese is much lower than the degree of economic engagement.The author used the methods of sociology research and tried to understand the Shanghai Taiwanese from daily economic lives, social relations and arrangement in spare time.The results of the investigation shows that the reason of this phenomenon lies in Shanghai people's attitudes and accomplishments,public service and the self-awareness of Taiwanese people themselves.Improvements in these fields can help Shanghai Taiwanese engage in Shanghai society more successfully.
