| 摘 要： | 在国内外金融生态研究的文献综述的基础上,全面考察广东省金融发展基本现状,我们可以发现改善广东金融生态环境应从以下几个方面着手：完善社会信用环境;完善金融生态法制环境;加强社会诚信道德文化建设;规范企业破产改制行为等等。

| Abstract: | Based on the financial ecological literature at home and abroad, this paper studies the present situation of Guangdong＇s economic and financial development and proposes some countermeasures to im- prove Guangdong＇s financial ecological environment, improving the social credit environment; accelerating the economic and financial legal system; improving the financial ecological legal environment; strengthening the cultural construction of social credit; improving the financial ecology of moral and cultural environment; standardizing bankruptcy restructuring actions; improving the relationship between banks and enterprises; strengthening the mechanism of local government behavior. |
