| 摘 要： | 引智就是智力引进,是指通过国际人才交流,引进国外的先进科学思想、智慧,先进生产和管理技术及经验,以及其他人类社会创造的一切文明成果。高校的"引智工作"是高校外事工作的重要内容,其成功与否不但关系到高校自身的建设和发展,还关系到我国改革开放基本国策的实施。

| Abstract: | Introducing Intelligence refers to introducing the foreign advanced scientific thoughts, wisdom, together with the skills and experience of advanced manufacture and management, as well as all other civilizations created by human beings through the communication of international talents. "Introducing Intelligence" of universities is one of the most important contents in university's foreign affairs, which is not only concerned with the construction and development of university itself, but with the implementation of our nation's basic policies of reform and opening up. |
