| 摘 要： | 目前独立学院教学管理中的问题集中体现在教学计划、师资队伍、管理制度与教学方法以及教学质量监督等方面。针对存在的问题独立学院应单独制定适合学生多样发展的培养目标,按其需要提供可选性的课程体系、建立多元结构的稳定师资队伍并且加强教学调控的手段与措施。

| Abstract: | At present,problems in the teaching management of independent colleges exist in the following aspects: teaching plan,teaching staff,management regulations,teaching methods,quality supervision,etc.In order to solve the problems,we should work out a cultivation aim which is fit for students' dimentional development,provide them with optional curriculum system,strive for stable and pluralistic teachings taff,and take measures to enhance teaching adjustment and control. |
