| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relationship between avalanche photodiode inner multiplyingfactors and bias voltage, and introduces the theory of false alarm controling bias voltage. The providedcircuit can automatically compensate the gnat change of the temperature and background light intensity. It applies false alarm bias voltage controling technique to continual detection photoelectric system. |
