安徽农业高校高层次人才队伍建设研究

本文针对安徽省农业高校高层次人才队伍建设情况进行了研究,以省内一所代表性的农业高校为素材,从高层次人才队伍的存量状况、高层次人才的流动、学科建设、科研立项等方面进行了实证分析,与部分省、市农业院校学科建设和高层次人才存量状况作了比较,结合内外因素,分析了安徽省农业高校高层次人才队伍建设存在问题的原因.作者从人事工作管理者的角度,以安徽省人才队伍建设的实际为着眼点,从观念、机制、人才基地和环境等方面出发,提出了一些策略观点.

Research on Constructions of Advanced- Level Talented Personnel Teams in Agricultural Universities and Colleges of Anhui Province

The paper aims at the study on the construction of talented personnel in agricultural universities and colleges of Anhui Province. Taking a typical agricultural university in Anhui Province as an analytic case,it summarizes the overall situation of the construction of advanced-level talented personnel teams in agricultural universities and colleges of Anhui Province by analyzing the present state and dynamic moving of senior talented personnel,as well as discipline constructions and scientific research projects. Taking the real situation in Anhui Province and the national macro environment factors into full consideration,via comparison of the situation in other province,the paper mainly discusses the internal and external elements that have influenced the construction of advanced level talented personnel teams in agricultural universities and colleges of Anhui Province. As a professional in human resources administration,the author takes the real situation in the construction of the senior talented personnel teams as the main point and from the perspectives of concept,mechanism,bases and environment for talented personnel etc.,works out some helpful strategic solutions regarding personnel management.
