大学生人际困扰与人格特质、应对方式的关系研究

为探讨大学生人际困扰现状以及与人格特质、应对方式的关系,笔者对武汉地区随机抽取的347名大一至大三年级学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明：当代大学生在交际与交友方面存在一定程度的困扰,且不同年级大学生的交谈困扰差异明显;在解决问题、求助和退避三种应对方式的使用上,男、女生差异显著。人际困扰与人格特质、应对方式密切相关,其中内-外倾向性、神经质、精神质、自责型应对方式、求助型应对方式和幻想型应对方式在一定程度上可以预测大学生的人际困扰程度。

A Study of the Relationship between Interpersonal Perplexities and Personality Traits of Undergraduates and Their Corresponding Ways
