| 摘 要： | Jessica Zhang believes it is time to give Beijingers a nostalgic trip, to the 1920s, through Parlor, the first Great Gatsby-style bar in Beijing. ＂Our initial idea for Parlor was to make it Beijing＇s first high-end private club. Parlor was the result of numerous conversations with our customers, who lamented that they were missing something in Beijing＇s bar scene,＂ says Zhang, manager of Parlor. ＂They （and we） did not feel there were any bars （in style） of the ＇Great Gatsby,＇ with fine cocktails and the immersive and relaxed atmosphere.
