试论人道主义干涉与中国对策

人道主义干涉理论起源于西方,其实践活动也在不同历史阶段表现出不同特点。20世纪以来,西方大国为扩张势力范围,越来越多的以人道主义为借口对他国内政进行干涉。在西方国家高举"新干涉主义"大旗的今天,中国为维护国家战略利益和获取必要的战略资源,应当加强在联合国维和行动中的影响力,坚持国家主权原则,抵制新干涉主义,实现和平崛起。

On Humanitarian Intervention and China Strategy

Originated from western world,humanitarian intervention theory along with its practice shows different characters in different history periods.After 20th century,western powers increasingly tend to use humanitarianism as pretext to intervene other countries’ domestic affairs in order to expand their sphere of influence.As western countries holding the banner of "neo-interventionism" for their national interests,China should also protect and ensure to obtain our necessary strategic interests and resources,by strengthening the influence in UN’s international peacemaking,adhering to the principle of state sovereignty and resisting the neo-interventionism so as to achieve peaceful rise.
