戎昱在江南地区的生活与创作

中唐诗人戎昱从大历初年回到故乡在荆南节度使幕府中任职,到大历四年前后在澧州刺史府中作幕僚。大历五年冬天,先后游历衡阳、耒阳等地,大历十一年流徙到桂州。建中三年到兴元元年他曾担任辰州刺史,贞元初年,改任浙江东道某州刺史,贞元七年,任虔州刺史。他的晚年颇为凄惨,在颠沛流离的后半生生涯中,创作了不少富于感情色彩的诗作,或述说自己命运的不济,或钟情朝廷,或思念故乡。他的抒情小诗也富于文学情感。

Rong Yu''''s Life and Creation in Southern Area of the Changjiang River

Rong Yu,a poet living in the middle of Tang Dynasty,returned hometown at the beginning of Dali Period and worked in the private secretariat of Jingnan supply commissioner,and later acted as assistant to feudal provincial in Penzhou.In the fifth winter of Dali period,he visited Hengyang and other places,and moved to Guizhou in the Dali eleventh year.After that,he worked as regional chief in Chenzhou(from the third year of the Jianzhong Period to the first year of the Xingyuan Period),in Zhejiang(from the first year of the Zhenyuan Period),and in Qianzhou(from the seventh year of the Zhenyuan Period),and lived a tragic life in his later years.Rong Yu wrote many poems full of affection during this period of time to tell his tragic lot,or his faith to the central government,or his love of his hometown.His lyrics were also full of literary emotion.
