对如皋市人口老龄化现象的调查与分析

长寿老人数位居全国之首的如皋市 ,自 2 0世纪 80年代中期开始进入人口老龄化阶段。近 2 0年来 ,该市老龄化呈“三高”现象 ,老年人口绝对数量大、占比例高 ,且高龄化、女性化 ,整体文化素质低 ,已经或必将对如皋市的现行产业结构及劳动生产率的提高、社会保障制度和家庭为主的养老体系的运行 ,以及政治、文化等诸多领域产生深刻影响。未雨绸缪 ,积极推进各项改革措施 ,是如皋市应对这一情况 ,实现健康老龄化的有效途径。

Survey and Analysis on Population Aging in Rugao City

Rugao City, with the most long-lived people out of China, entered into the stage of population aging as early as in middle 1980's. In the recent 20 years, the population aging has represented the characteristics of high absolute number, high proportion, high aging and feminization of the aged people with low education level, which inevitably brings deep influence on the city's development in the aspects including current industrial structure and productivity, social security system and family-based pension system, and politics and education etc. It is an effective way for the city to take precautions and aggressively promote various reform measures so that a healthy population aging is to be realized.
