| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年来,西部地区经济之所以取得了巨大发展,外资发挥了重要的作用。文章回顾了西部地区利用外资的历程,分析了西部地区利用外资存在的问题,并对未来利用外资工作提出了政策性建议。

| Abstract: | After 30 years of reform and opening up,the Western economy has great development.Foreign investment has an important role to promote economic development in Western China,it has gone through six different stages.This paper reviews the history of Western China utilizing foreign capital since 1978s,and summarizes the characteristics and points out the existing problems of utilizing foreign capital,and proposes some policy advices to utilize foreign capital of Western China. |
