| 摘 要： | 中国古代录囚制度是为了皇帝更好地掌握全国司法状况,及时了解在押犯情况而设的一项重要司法制度,最初仅限于各级官吏对监狱定期或不定期的巡察,随着封建集权的不断加强,录囚制度也不断发展和日益完善,对维护和巩固封建统治秩序起到不可低估的作用。本文就录囚制度的产生发展及其意义作了初步探索。

| Abstract: | Chinese ancient prison-checking system is an important judicial system for the emperors to familiarize with the national judicial status and the prisoner's condition.Initially,it referred to the regular or irregular prison inspection of officials,and then it was greatly valued by emperors of each dynasty.With the enforcement of the feudalism centralization,prison-checking also developed and matured,playing and unassessable role in maintaining and enforcing the social order.This article is dealing with the appearance,development and significance of the prison-checking. |
