建国初期西北地区群众的生活状况——以汉中地区为例的考察

建国初期(1949-1965年),西北地区群众的生活水平较低,非农业人口在粮油定量供应制度下,勉强维持生活;农村群众则在完成国家粮食上交任务和留够种子之后,只能分到极有限的口粮,长期处于饥饿线上.然而,在营养普遍缺乏的情况下,西北地区的群众常年超负荷地工作,参与了国家的种种生产活动和社会运动.他们的文化生活,带着浓厚的"国家主导"的特色,与国家的宣传与引导密不可分.

A Study of People's Living Condition in Northwest Area during the Early Stage of PRC——Taking an Example from Hanzhong Area

People's living condition in Northwest Area was rather low during 1949-1965.Non-agricultural people sustained their lives under the system of grain and oil allowance while the countrymen were on the verge of starvation because they were distributed limited grain and oil after they finished the task of handing in grain to the country and leaving seed.Despite the scarcity of nutritions,people in Northwest Area worked hard and engaged in various labour activities and social campaigns.Their cultural life which had typical character of country-leading was indivisible with propagada of the country.
